Happy Halloween!

Meet our Zoo Keeper and Monkey...
This seemed like the perfect idea for a costume this year.  She says when she grows up she's going to be either a Zoo Keeper or Vet.

Our little monkey loves making "monkey noises" so it was pretty obvious what animal I would choose for him.  He wasn't a big fan of the hood on his costume.

We decided to let the kids Trick or Treat on our street and then we'd visit each Grandma and Grandpa.

Trick or Treating on Switchgrass

Ryker was too shy to take candy from Tammy and Jerry's house next door so after we walked away, he started stealing candy from his Sissy's bucket.  PRICELESS!!!

It's a jungle out here!!!

Look what we got!

I am blessed beyond words!!!

Ryker showing off his banana and carrying around an orange soda for the trick or treaters.

Ellie taking pictures while we wait for Hadley, Brooke and Kami to come.

Every year we end our Halloween night at the Fire Station in Rochester.  They always have trick or treating open to the public.  The kids have fun running around and sitting in the fire trucks.

Ellie's Open House

Ellie was so excited for Open House! Days like this are so special to me since I never get to help out in her classroom or take/pick her up. She loves her teachers Mrs. Monari and Mrs. Bane and is excited to go every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:30-3:00.

Her onry smile!!!

Ellie's Journal

I guessed Ellie's pumpkin right away!

Ellie told us about the different jobs that students are given.

She also showed us the dog and magnetic letters for "Who Let the Dogs Out?"  This was right up her alley!

Students planted seeds inside a pumpkin.

Ellie's "All About Me" page

Ellie drew a "throw-up" germ.

Ellie and her buddy outside before leaving her school.  She begged to play on the playground so we caved and let both the kids for about 10 minutes.  Thank you Ellie for taking us to your school and sharing the things you do each and every day!  We love you so very much!
